The Process
Notions of sameness and difference have been visualized with the discursive terrains of art and art history.
In this exhibition I work with these two notions of sameness and difference in my abstract paintings and sketches.
I try to create visual notions of sameness and consistency as well as visual notions difference and inconsistency.
The marks in my works emerge from the pluralistic imaginaries that appear through rearrangement and perpetual change.
The marks find their individualities, their subjectivities within the pluralisms that govern them rather than
in their movements towards a mass singularity.
